15-Day Coverage (Replacement & Refund)

We offer 15 days coverage from the date of delivery.

Within this period, you can request:

  • Replacement (for defective/damaged products)

  • Refund (if you don’t like the product)


Replacement Policy

You are eligible for a replacement if:

  • The product is damaged on arrival

  • The product has a manufacturing or functional issue

Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 15 days

  • Product must be in original condition with packaging

  • Unboxing video is required for quick approval


Refund Policy (If You Don’t Like the Product)

We understand sometimes the product may not meet your expectations.

In such cases:

  • You can request a refund within 15 days

  • A flat AED 30 shipping & handling fee will be deducted

👉 Refund Amount = Product Price – AED 30


Refund Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Customer must return the product (if required)

  • Refund will be processed after verification


Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5 working days after approval

  • Amount will be returned via the original payment method or agreed alternative


Unboxing Video Requirement

For both replacement and refund:

  • Please record a clear unboxing video from sealed package

  • This helps us resolve your request faster and avoid delays

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Please place orders only if you are sure

  • Orders are processed seriously once placed
